At Podi Paws Limited, we want you to love your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

To request a replacement, please email:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Proof of purchase
• Clear photos of the damage

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include all original components 

Please contact us before returning any item.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges & Refunds

We currently only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect purchases
• General wear and tear
• Damage caused after delivery
